About My Journey & Service

I was born June 20, 1996 in Chicago, IL. When I was 5 years old I moved to Austin, TX with my mother. I left home when I was 15, and through the grace of community and family support I lived there until roughly 19 years old, then I began my adulthood in central Colorado. I became a clinical hypnotist because I utilized hypnotism for my own mental health and recovery process for roughly 2 years. A great and fantastic Thank You to my Clinical Hypnosis practitioner, Shaughn Drummond.

I tried many forms of therapy before Clinical Hypnotism. Psychologists, Wholistic Practitioners, Psychiatrists, Body work and Somatic Release Practitioners. I also tried EMDR, for depression and CPTSD. I was suggested anti-psychotics to manage CPTSD, as well as anti-depressants to manage moods. When I was roughly 21 years old, a Psychiatrist from Santa Fe, NM told me that without medication I would likely suffer from extreme CPTSD for the rest of my life, and eventually end up on disability unable to work.

I saw the most change in my physical reality after working intimately with Hypnosis. Navigating my subconscious symptomology became a way of life. Of course I did not just utilize Hypnosis- I adapted on every dimension of well-being I could study, and actively put to practice. From understanding my digestive system and altering my diet, to having a constant movement and mindfulness practice. I began to study trance and mindfulness practices from around the world. I touched the wonders of indigenous philosophy, Tantric Breath-work, and Herbalism from a global perspective. I learned that everywhere in the world, plants and animals often had a remedy for most disease in the body; but no matter how many times you heal the body- the mind would still find disease again. So I learned that trance, and coming into right relationship with ones memory, as well as ones imagination- remedies the mind with an unshakable root to ease. The combination of both physical mindfulness, as well as mental ease, could support a humans highest and most profound potential.

I found that working intimately with Hypnosis as well as other healing modalities, was the most effective solution for my own neurosis. Suddenly I began to realize that life could be effortless, not without obstacle, but effortless nonetheless. And the Journey continues.

With all my heart,

Thank you.

May life be effortless for all.
